2023 Virtual Registration

YOU ARE REGISTERING TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY

• To attend the Conference virtually, you will need to have a reliable internet connection and a Zoom account. To learn more about Zoom go to Zoom.us. 
• By registering to attend virtually, you are consenting to being recorded during the event, including video, photography, chat features and audio. The Association reserves the right to use these recordings in educational materials without providing notice or monetary compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, turn off your audio, video and chat functions.
• You will receive a link to join the Conference virtually prior to the Conference start date by email. Be sure the Association is on your safe senders list, otherwise, our emails to you will not be delivered, or end up in your junk or spam folder. 
• The Conference will be live and interactive. Please make sure you are in a quiet place and keep your microphone off unless you are speaking. 
• If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must monitor the session. 
• If you are unable to attend a session during the Conference, recordings will be provided after the Conference has concluded. Conference recordings will be available to all registered participants through March 1, 2024. 
• Registrants will not be refunded for missed sessions for any reason, including poor internet connection.
